This Privacy Policy specifies the method of processing personal data of persons making transactions or using the services of the website www.baywood.store and ensures the application of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as: "GDPR".
WHO PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your data may be processed in particular during:

- registering a User Account on the Website
- the Seller's consideration of your individual inquiry, complaint or request, for example as a result of a submitted application, inquiry or complaint
- correspondence conducted both in electronic and traditional paper form, for example to consider a request, application, complaint, answering questions, etc.
- you browse the website www.baywood.store
Personal Data that will allow the Seller to identify a specific person or contact him are collected when they are provided voluntarily by the person to whom they concern as well as when the requirement to provide data is a condition for concluding a contract. The Seller may collect Personal Data to provide services to the data subject or to establish a business relationship with him or her or to respond to questions or requests submitted by such a person.
In some situations, the obligation to provide Personal Data results directly from legal provisions, e.g. for the purposes of documenting sales with an invoice. If Personal Data is not provided by the data subject, we will not be able to provide the service. The Seller also collects Personal Data when people establish economic or commercial relationships with us, for example by seeking cooperation or becoming a customer of the Seller.

WHO CAN WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO?
The Seller may transfer your Personal Data only to the following groups of entities:
- persons authorized by the Seller - employees and co-workers who must have access to your Personal Data to perform their duties,
- entities processing data at the request of the Seller - to whom the Seller, as an administrator, will commission activities requiring the processing of Personal Data, for example, companies implementing electronic payments, subcontractors to whom the Seller will have to transfer your Personal Data in order to properly perform the service, couriers carrying out the supplier's operations or entities that participate in examining claims or complaints addressed to the Seller,
- entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law, e.g. courts, law enforcement agencies, banks, etc.
DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
The Seller may transfer your Personal Data to other countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), which may not have the same data protection laws as those applicable in Poland. In the event of transfer of Personal Data to countries outside the EEA, the Seller will take appropriate steps to ensure that your Personal Data is subject to the same level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy and the provisions of the GDPR.
HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The Seller will store Personal Data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and in particular until the complete expiry of the limitation period for all claims that may arise in connection with the contract you concluded for the purchase of our goods, unless a longer storage period is required or permitted by law. The Seller complies with the principles of personal data retention and periods adopted in this Privacy Policy. The maximum storage period for Personal Data may vary depending on the type of data and the purposes of its processing.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED TO THE SELLER?
Pursuant to applicable regulations, you have the right:
- request access to your Personal Data,
- requests for rectification,
- completing inaccurate information,
- to delete Personal Data,
- to limit the processing of Personal Data,
- to transfer Personal Data
- to object to the processing of your Personal Data. If the request is clearly unjustified or excessive, in particular due to its repetitive nature, the Seller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing information, communication or taking the requested action, or refuse to take the action,
- if the processing of Personal Data is carried out on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your Personal Data by the Seller, which the Seller carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
If you find that the processing of your Personal Data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
This Privacy Policy is valid from December 8, 2021 and may be changed by the Seller at any time so that it complies with applicable law and guarantees proper protection of your Personal Data.

- The administrator processes your personal data in order to:
- accepting orders and implementing the sales contract pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR,
- ongoing communication on matters related to placed orders, including their confirmation and information about the status pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR,
- enabling registration and operation of the User Account created within the Store and providing other functionalities via the Store, under the contract concluded with the User for the provision of electronic services pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR,
- considering complaints related to the concluded contract for the provision of electronic services pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR
- considering and pursuing claims, defending against claims, as well as for the purposes of extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR
- sending commercial information electronically in the form of a Newsletter - if a specific person has expressed separate consent to receiving commercial information electronically, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR
- saving data in the form of cookies, collecting data from the Store's website and the mobile version of the Store (if this information constitutes personal data) - if a specific person has given separate consent to this pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR
- implementation of legal requirements in the field of tax and accounting regulations, in particular those specified in the provisions of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (VAT), the Act of February 15, 1992 on corporate income tax and the Act of September 29, 1994 on accounting pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR,
- The obtained personal data will be stored by the Administrator for the period of implementation of the concluded Sales Agreements and until their correct settlement, as well as for the period of providing the Store's services (to Users) for the duration of the contracts for the provision of electronic services, and in addition:
- until the limitation period for potential claims arising from the contracts indicated above expires,
- for the duration of the performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular in the field of tax and accounting regulations, e.g. obligations related to storing documentation in accordance with the requirements of Art. 74 of the Act of 29 September 1994 on Accounting,
- for the period necessary for the Administrator to document before public administration authorities, including the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection, the correctness of fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on him,
- for archiving purposes, when it concerns the history of correspondence and responses to submitted inquiries (not directly related to concluded contracts) - for a period not longer than 3 years from obtaining the data,
- for direct marketing purposes - for the duration of the contract for the provision of electronic services (Users) and for the duration of the implementation of sales contracts or for the period of objection to the processing of data for this purpose,
- until consent to data processing is withdrawn or until it becomes obsolete - if data processing is carried out with the consent given by a specific person.
- Providing data is necessary for the implementation of the sales contract, account registration and complaint handling, and in other cases, providing data is voluntary.
- If the Administrator processes personal data with the consent expressed by the User, each person has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of these data that took place before the withdrawal of consent.
- The personal data obtained will be transferred to processing entities that provide services to Bayrone Sp. z o. o. in the field of technical support for the Administrator in running and maintaining, as well as the development of the Store, marketing and sales activities.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In connection with data processing by Bayrone Sp. z o. o., each person whose data we process has the right to:
- request access to your data,
- obtain a copy of your data,
- rectification of your data,
- transfer your data,
- request deletion or restriction of processing of your data,
- object to the processing of your data,
- submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, based at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- In connection with data processing by Bayrone Sp. z o. o. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated decisions.
